Evolution of the Account menu
The account menu transformed from a mere sign-in gateway to a hub of essential pathways. It elegantly toggled between two states: unauthenticated and authenticated. Meanwhile, pass-through links encouraged active customer engagement during task completion.
Results: decrease in call shed with notable mention from leadership, and retention with increase in CSAT scores from 2017 - 2022.
Navigation Refresh 2019
With a fresh design direction, the global navigation underwent a re-skinning process. Additionally, this framework was fine-tuned to accommodate various navigation variations, including small business, Cricket, and co-branded microsites.
